Dean obtained his MA Real Estate Salesperson license in 2015, and his MA Real Estate Broker license in 2020. He is currently an active member of the North Shore Association of REALTORS®. Also licensed in MA residential construction, Dean is able to share his knowledge of home construction with clients, colleagues and real estate investors.

Dean, a current resident of Beverly, formerly owned and operated his own Home Inspection business in Wilmington. As a licensed home inspector during that time, he was a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, and was active within the New England chapter, serving on the Board of Directors.
